Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods or sales events, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Depending on the service selected at checkout, your parcel will be sent via:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post) — Estimated 3–7 business days within Australia.
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post) — Estimated 1–3 business days within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or through the Australia Post app.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. SA Performance Parts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers where the service supports it. Please note that oversized items may not be eligible for PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery.
Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Interstate & Remote Area Deliveries
Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer than standard timeframes. Australia Post classifies some postcodes as remote, which can add 2–5 additional business days to the estimated delivery window.
International Shipping
At this time, SA Performance Parts ships within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are an international customer interested in our products, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.
