What is a Deutsch DT connector? The Deutsch DT series is one of the most widely used sealed connector families in motorsport and heavy-duty automotive wiring. Known for their rugged construction and IP67 weatherproof rating when fully assembled, DT connectors are the go-to choice for ECU wiring, sensor harnesses, and custom looms where reliability matters. The 12-pin configuration suits applications requiring a high pin count in a single sealed connection point.

Kit includes:

• 1× connector housing (male DT06-12S-A, female DT04-12P-A, or both)
• 12× terminals per housing (open barrel, solid closed barrel, or solid green band — your choice)
• Correct wedge locks and seals included

Terminal guide:

• Open barrel — standard crimped terminal, suits 14–20 AWG (0.5–2.5mm²)
• Solid closed barrel — pre-filled solid pin, suits 14–20 AWG (0.5–2.5mm²)
• Solid green band — high-current solid pin, suits 14–16 AWG (1.5–2.5mm²)

Note: A Deutsch-spec four-indent crimper is required for open and green band terminals. Crimping tool not included.
