The USCAR injector connector is a replacement plug for USCAR (EV6) style fuel injectors, the standardised connector found across modern GM, Ford, and Chrysler vehicles as well as many popular aftermarket performance injectors. This USCAR connector kit includes the housing, terminals, and seals required to repair or rewire an injector harness.

Commonly used for injector upgrades, harness repairs, and engine swap wiring where EV6 or EV14 injectors are fitted. The USCAR standard replaced older Jetronic-style connectors across most American-made vehicles from the 2000s onwards.

What is a USCAR connector? USCAR (also referred to as EV6) is the industry-standard injector connector used across modern domestic vehicles and most aftermarket performance injectors. It features a distinctive rounded-square housing and is compatible with both EV6 and EV14 injector bodies. If your existing connector is rectangular, you likely have an older EV1 (Jetronic) style — the USCAR is the rounded square version.
